*Production & Customisation*- All jewellery is custom-made to client specifications.- Every piece we create is truly one of a kind, never replicated, always uniquely yours. - Clients are involved throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before casting.
*Diamonds & Stones*- Selected diamonds are placed on a 24-hour hold pending project confirmation.- If the hold lapses and the stone isn't available, we will source a suitable replacement, with comparable specs (clarity, cut, carat, colour) and inform the client immediately.- The client approves any adjustments prior to proceeding.
